Julie has a light touch and even though the stories themselves aren't always happy or without angst, it's never cloying or heavy. It's very easy to sit down and read her work in one sitting because you get drawn into the story so well.

Julie is a talented writer who can suck you right into her world and make you see her characters as vividly as if you were there.
