Another masterpiece in the Elladan series. There are so many parts in there that I wanted to remember, to comment on specifically, but I didn't watn to stop reading long enough to take notes. I actually laughed so hard a several parts that my cat just sat and stared at me. I loved the part about Aragorn's speech making--screaming out cliches and pointing at the flag. *hee* So many parodies are not funny, the author works too hard to make it funny, but somehow, you've combined modern college life with Tolkien's world in such a way that it's not only incredibly funny, but it's easy to imagine the two fitting together that way.

You know this shouldn't work. It really shouldn't. The characters are so modern, and the number of modern elements (university, email, etc.) are too much. But it's still hilarious, and at the same time strangely connected to canon. I really enjoyed this piece, and all of the ones in this series.
