I've read this a couple of times now, and I have to admit, I think I try to hard. I mean, I knew the second time that it was a doll they were looking for, but having the elf show up on the ship to the havens makes me wonder if there was a real person or at least, I don't know, their spirit attached to that doll. And I still want to know, where did the doll go? *hee*

When I first started this one, I wasn't sure where it was going but as I got into it I was fascinated by it. The story of Elrohir and his lost toy was sad but at least Erestor did find something precious. There is much more to the story than that it is complex and wistful and very worth the read.
