Dear Dreamflower, this is a lovely poem. I like the simplicity and clarity of its structure, the way the longer lines are alternating with the two shorter ones. Frodo and Arwen are contrasted and compared beautifully. The tone is calm and reflective, as the theme requires. Very well done.
Author response: Thank you very much, Virtuella!

Absolutely magnificent! The verse is so simple, but conveys a great deal. I really love the connection between the two sacrifices, it seems to be obvious, yet it's one I have not read before. Beautiful.
Author response: I have long been fascinated by the parallels between Frodo and Arwen, and was glad to take the chance of exploring them poetically! Thank you so much!

A brief poem on the nature of sacrifice, making use of the choices of both Arwen and Frodo. Thoughtful.

Lovely. I really like the poems rhythm and the emotion it imparts.
Author response: I'm so glad you liked the rhythm of the poem; I like poems with structure. And I'm also glad I was able to get the emotion across: Frodo's and Arwen's sacrifices have always seemed to me to be closely linked.
