This week has been a bit busy for me, so unfrotunately I didn't get the
weekly admin email posted until now. Apologies.

This week's admin post will spotlight the novels in this year's competition.
Novels according to the MEFA definition are at least 40,001 words, often
more. This means that they reflect a good-sized story that you can sink your
teeth into. The MEFAs welcome stories of all lengths and readers are
encouraged to review whatever they like most.

Whether you have read it in the past or the summary just looks interesting,
if you enjoy reading novels then please check out and review those competing
in this year's awards.

HOW TO FIND NOVELS ON THE MEFA WEBSITE

To find all the novels competing in this year's awards.

--- Log in to www.mefawards.net/MEFA2009/
--- Click on the "stories" link at the top of the page.
--- Click on the "Story Length" link beside the "Quick lists" under the
filter.
--- Select "Novel." to display all the novel-length stories.

You can also use the filters themselves to find any of the story lengths, if
you prefer. The advantage of that is that it will allow you to use the other
filters, too, so you can see for instance novels involving a certain
character.
