Need Help Contacting Two Authors! Posted by Diana Nevins June 13, 2010 - 10:41:23 Topic ID# 10517
Dear All,

I'm having trouble contacting two of my assigned authors, and wonder if any of you may know how to get in touch with them.

The first author is Gandalf 3213, whose story "Moments" has been nominated. Gandalf has filled out the story form, but there are errors in the form which need to be corrected, and I've had no response from after Gandalf emailing the author twice. Does anyone know if Gandalf 3213 has a LJ or a second email address, or some other way to be reached? The story cannot compete with the story form in its current state!

The second author is Eonwe, whose story "Unrest: What Evil Fears" has been nominated. The notification email was sent out on June 9th, but I have received no reply, and the author has not begin work on the story form. Right now I have no idea if Eonwe even knows the story has been nominated. I've sent out a second email today, but if any of you know another way to reach Eonwe, please let me know. We're getting close to the deadline, and I'd hate for an author to miss out on the competition just because of a spam filter or an email glitch.

Ithilwen

Gandalf3213 is actually siblings who post on FanFiction.net. That's where I
contacted them.

Thanks, Bonnie. I'll try leaving Gandalf 3213 a PM over at ff.net, and hope that reaches them.

Hi Ithilwen,

I nominated Eonwe, and I do know he is still active on the Valar Guild Messageboard, as in, online within the last 14 hours.

http://valarguild.proboards.com/index.cgi?

I just joined actually, to send Eonwe a private message via the board, in case he/she was unaware of the nomination. If I do get a reply I will let you know.

Take care,

Siān
