hey was takin a look at the site...strange thing, it says voting season has begun and reviews are visible...but you click on the reviews thing...and it says it will not be available until Aug 7...strange.

I just checked the site and it said it currently has 11 hours until Voting
Season starts. Where do you see that it says that Voting Season has begun?

Hi Aranel,

The only thing I noticed that is a bit misleading, is the sentence under the menu line.

"Nomination Season for the 2011 MEFAs has ended and nominations are being sorted into award categories. However, you can still read and review some of the wonderful pieces that have been nominated this year."

That sounds as if you are stopped from reading when voting season starts. That is hopefully not the case ;-).

Just to be clear, that is *not* the case - reading/voting continues from now
until the awards end.

Perahps I'm being a bit thick-headed, though - what about that paragraph
makes you won't be able to read after a certain date? I was going to email
Aranel a rephrased paragraph, but I'm afraid I'm not seeing the problem for
some reason!

I think it is the "However " in combination with "still". That sounds to me as if it is an exception or boon that I am able to read. But that maybe because I'm not a native speaker.
