Mine will be caught up after this evening. (Silm, Crossovers, Lord of
the Rings) I've got about 5-6 nominations that have come in over the
last week that need to be added. My personal database/spreadsheet
won't be ready until after this weekend though.

I thinkk mine are all up to date (that is Rohan,
Numenor and Orcs). If any of them aren't in the table
then I've missed them.
All in need for to be completley sorted on this is
Igenlode Wordsmith's email address. Thanks for
sending me all the others.

My databases (The Hobbit and Romance) are all up to date, aside from
the nominations that have come in after this message. I'll be putting
them (if any) into my databases after this. Might take me a couple of
days to get the site database up to date, but that's it.

Oh, and by the way Ainae - I've got a few in romance that could
probably be grouped together by secondary category. I'd say we could
have viable Romance-Elves, Romance-Drama and possibly Romance-Hobbits
categories.

Thanks!

And remember folks, when adding stories to the databse...
1) Use this format for the date: 6/11/04 (so that they are uniform and
searchable)
2) Put the date in that you enter them, not the date they were nominated. I
just found osme new 6/9's (in this format 06-09-04, so I don't know if they
were in there before and just not sorted along with the other sor if they
were just entered today by a different date).

With 450+ stories, I want to be able to find the new additions easily so I
can add them to the web site without scrounging through the whole list.

Thanks.

That was me. I added new entries in the last hour or so. I had realized that I put the wrong date in there and I was just searching through the database to change them. Sorry about that.
