Status of Nominations: Update Posted by Ainaechoiriel June 12, 2004 - 1:04:20 Topic ID# 1359
We have 459 stories presently listed in the database and more to come. Who
thinks we'll hit 500? I think we might! We have 443 nominations on the web
site. That's 97%! So that last round of Author Contact Campaigning went very
well! Can you believe there are only 10 authors in the Author contact
database with a "not yet" next to their names?!
And we even have a few new members who joined us in time to put some
last-minute nominations in! We've got until 11:59pm US Central on June 15th
to post new nominations, so there are still a few days!
Speaking of author contacting. I realized I haven't really let any authors
know (unless they are on this group) that there are nominee buttons out
there. Can I get the categorizers to gather e-mail addresses from their
spreadsheets and let the author's know? Send them to
http://home.earthlink.net/~ainae/mefa/nombuttons.html.
Actually we still might end up doubling up. How about I just wait until I
have all the spreadsheets, then I'll gather all the e-mail addresses and
send them then.
Thanks.
