Likewise this needs a period. Do you want to note what it's a crossover
with? (A Christmas Carol, I think?) And the author's name is Altariel --
no a.

The summary has two periods at the end. Should you delete one? Also,
isn't this by both Fileg and Flick?

Mm... I'd question whether this is a crossover in the usual sense. No
one is transported to 19th century England or Middle-earth who doesn't
belong in either of those places.

I would class this as an AU, not a crossover. If you want a crossover
to take its place, "War Dust" is much more suitable, and I listed
"Crossover" as a third choice.

I have a friend who says typos breed in the dark. I think she's right.

Yes, it is. Somehow one got dropped. Thanks. As for the two periods, the
spreadsheet actually shows 4 (an ellipsis.) Don't know why it didn't show
all four on the merge.

Time to go home!

Well, Una recommended it to me as a Crossover. I read it, liked it, and
nominated it. But she, apparently considers it a crossover.

Una, you out there? We also need to know if Adrift is complete or not.

Hm. Wonder why. Suppose I'll just have to find out!

I'll e-mail her and see if she's alive over there. Who knows? The heat
of a British summer may have done her in!

The more I think about it, I'm not sure "The Corsair Papers," I'm not
sure it fits in Crossovers either. It's not a case of characters from a
R&H musical meeting those of LotR. It's more a pastiche than a crossover
in the sense we seem to be using that term. Basically, it's an outline
for a Fourth Age musical in the style of R&H. You might consider moving
it to Humour, or LotR/post-WotR.

Una thinks hers fits in Crossover. Fileg, I believe is a member here and
hasn't said to move The Corsair Papers. You may ask the authors if you
like. Otherwise I'm not moving it. We only have 8 stories in Crossover as it
is.

It's 2:30 in the afternoon here and I opted out of my lunch-nap-in-my-car
because I was awake at lunch time and wanted to get to some of these
corrections. Now I can't stop yawning. And I don't get off work until 5.

Fileg, if you'd like it moved feel free to speak up. But I don't feel
particularly strongly about this. It's robably more trouble than
it'sworth at this point.

I'm still one of those people that puts two spaces after the end of a
sentence. Because that's how I was taught in typing class. Computers are
changing that. But I still do it.

;-) It looks like it's letting up. I hadn't been on the computer since my

for me. ;-)

You're quite welcome. I would have bored myself to tears by now trying to
look for all the errors myself. I don't deal so well with tedium at times.

I have to reorder those codes everytime a story even switches subcategory.
;-) (Actually it's not that hard. Excel has this Autofill feature.)

Think about how thin all of those Elves were in the movies. They'd
*have* to be almost zero-calorie. ;-)

Lol. I didn't know there were hard-and-fast rules about that. I put one
space, but that's because my parents are journalists and I was raised to
write that way.

That's good to hear. Take care of yourself.

By the way -- I'm flying to Florida tomorrow. I'll have internet access
once I'm down there (I'll be down there for four weeks teaching English
to teenagers from Europe) but not most of the day I'm actually flying.

Now I get to go work on reading Mithril stories I'm judging... or
pack... or tie up some loose ends with my own awards.
