The entire schedule for Voting Season is in the calendar on the Yahoo Site.
It's easiest to see the blocks of time given to each group of two categories
by looking at the monthly view.

Also, I have a bit of a worry over some of my vote counting volunteers.
Four have not joined the MEFAStaff group yet (which is where we do the
behind the scenes stuff like pick up spreadsheets to record the votes) and
two are set to No Email there. Hopefully, they'll all come on board before
midnight tomorrow night, but just in case, could I get some backup
volunteers?

Counting is very easy. Just copy and paste a comment into a word processing
program. Let the word processing program tell you how many characters the
comment is (without spaces) and record the corresponding point number to
match the total characters. That's it.

Presently 6 categories are assigned to each counter, with each category
counted by 3 counters for accuracy. But of course, if not all 16 of our
counters come on board, we have to split their 6 categories up amongst those
of us who are around. Which means a lot more categories per person.
Volunteering as a backup means we'd only use you in a pinch.

What do you say?
