(i had a go at writing my vote for adventures in the Ettenmoors,I
read it quite a while ago and didn't get the chance to re read it.)

a pretty good story, there were a few bits where it was a little hard
to follow, but it left me wanting to know more...a lot more. The
ideas on orc culture were interesting, i really liked it.

Always felt sorry for poor Ufthak,Nasty way to die i feel even more
sympathy for him now.
Virvatuli successfully creates an atmosphere the fear and
claustrophobia I'd expect from cirith ungol.

ha i remember that orc! written from an interesting perspective and
very well handled.

It's good to hear the thoughts of an ordinary orc, love the trophy
and the
creative insults. The matter of fact way the orc describes the
violence in this story
is pretty disturbing but believable. Ingenlode had created a narrator
who has his
wits about him but still acts orcish..I wouldn't argue with him about
the 6th finger

I always knew about the witch kings' obsession with mirkwood soap
operas,
but Sauron? the dark lord with such a sordid foofy secret? the
horror.
Very funny letters..could have easily been longer though.
