Oh my, I love this story. Sam's dedication. Frodo's confidence in
him. Even Bilbo being the type to try new-fangled ideas. Sam's
character especially shines through. I can totally see him
continuing to do what's right, and then some, even after Bilbo
blamed him for the flooding.

This is the only fic I've seen this idea in, but it's a great one.
Frodo starting a school for the Hobbiton children so they can learn
to read is just so Frodo. He is able to give so much to the
community, more than they realize, but offering the school. As if
he hasn't done enough already. Sam and Rosie are well written as
well. Highly recommended.
