Glad to be among this fine company!

Stupid question; because I know I've seen the answer, and then forgot where
I put it: To be eligible for nomination in the 2005 MEFAwards, a piece must
be posted by...what date? Is it March 29, March 30, April 1? What is the
first date that is too late?
