Sorry if this has already been gone through, but I am new here.

The Mefa site won't let me log-in. I have put in both the right username
and the password I was given, but it still won't work?

How is this to be fixed, or do I need a new password?

I've sent you a new username and password that should work. Your username
was set to your whole e-mail address. It should work now.
