Hey all,

Someone (I forget who) asked about writing notes about the nomination
(something about bumping up the rating from the author's rating).

The Author Comments field at the bottom can be used for any purpose
deemed necessary by the nominator, author, or author liaison. Really,
it is there for notes to the admins, categorization engineers, or
liaisons. Also, you could put a note in the 'Reason for Rating' field,
but that will be visible to everybody.

I think that was me! :-P I just wanted to see if
I could put those sort of things there or not
before I went and did it. I only bumped up one
story I think and it was from a pg to a pg-13!
It just seemed to have a little bit more than a
pg should have, but that's not really relevant
here!
