Error... again... Posted by silvermoonlady1 April 11, 2005 - 13:59:17 Topic ID# 3828
Hi:) In my glee and haste, I accidentally nominated something that
was published after the deadline........... Is it possible for me to
fix it (within the 24 hours)?

Again, I'm not sure. ;-) I know you can edit a nomination, but I
haven't personally tried to withdraw a story I've nominated.

Why don't you log into MEFA2005 and scroll down to the story nomination
(it should be at the bottom of the page, I think?). If there's a link
to "Withdraw story" link, click it. You may get an error message that
says you don't have permission to withdraw the story. If you get that
error, or if there isn't a "withdraw a story" link, then send an email
to mefaadmin@earthlink.net containing the following:

* nomination number
* story author
* story title
* reason for withdrawing (what you just said here, that it was
published too late)

She can withdraw the nomination for you.
