I know that on SoA, at least, two dates are shown in the story summary: the
date of original posting ("published", i.e. when chapters first began being
posted to the website, or "beginning") and the latest date that a chapter was
added. So you can tell pretty easily on that site if the story meets the
deadline, so long as the "published" date is before March 31.
