Oops.

I had that code working on a different page and copied it, but the code
on the storiesBrowse page isn't exactly the same, so it didn't work.
"ID" is not equal to "id", and that's enough to mess it up. I try to
check and test all these changes, before I send them out, but since I
do most of this late at night, I guess I'm not always testing as
carefully as I should.

Ainae has a copy now, and should update the site soon, but may not
until Saturday sometime. While I was at it, I changed to allow the
Liaisons to edit stories up till the end of CheckBallots season.
Authors can still edit until it is completed or the end of nomination
season, and Nominators for one day after nominating the story. Admin
can edit at any time.

Also, I'm going to start looking into why some of the stories are
missing from the 'Post Stories' list. Once I figure it out, I'll try to
go back and find those stories, and make sure they all get posted. It
may take me a couple of days to figure this one out, so please be
patient.
