Hi elfqueen,

The nominations that Ainae has posted here are the ones that are
*finalized*. There are people called liaisons (I'm one, as are many
other members of this Yahoo group) who contact the authors of all the
stories nominated. The author has to tell us that they are okay with
the stories competing in the awards, and that all the information is
correct.

Once the author has emailed the liaison saying that everything is okay,
the liaison marks the nomination as "complete". That's when they show
up in Ainae's digests (like the one you're replying to), and in my
database (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MEFA2005/database/ -- the last
one in the list).

For *all* the stories nominated, even those where the liaisons are
still working with the authors to complete, go to the MEFA2005 website.
This is the same one where you nominate your stories. When you log in,
click on the "Browse stories" link. This is a list of all the stories
that have been nominated (completed or not), and you can sort it by
authors or any other number of things.
