I've seen that happen on two stories now. Somehow when you click on the
story link, it adds our MEFA2005 URL in front of the correct URL.

All story URLs should be 'fully qualified'. That means that they have
to have the 'http://' in front. If they don't the MEFA2005 system
thinks they're local URLs, instead of remote. This one (and probably
the other one Ainae saw) is missing the 'http://'.

It's mostly too late now, but I could have put an error check on that.
I'll add that for next year, if I don't forget.
