I went to do some reading and reviewing, but every time I tried to use
the filters to limit how many stories I was considering, I got kicked
out and asked for my username and password again.

The site did let me post a review... but I'd really like to have the filters.

I had the same problem before. Set your browser to allow cookies for
the Web site, and it should correct the problem -- if it's the same
one I had.
