It's really a wonder to me that any of the first age elves wanted to live.
Their lives seemed so sad and dark. I'm glad you gave Finrod a little light
in the form of Celeborn. And I hope that Galadriel forgave him as well. I
have a feeling Celeborn had room in his heart for lots of loves.

the bravery of the elfling. And how in character he is. I can see a child
doing the things he does--even making Orome laugh. Well done.

Funny that we were just talking about angst and darkness tonight, then I
came here to re-read this story. And I still think it's great that it as
dark and angsty and moody artists like Maglor and Daeron can be, that they
found a happy ending here. (Or well, you let them have a happy ending!)

A new look at the Feanorians for me. I liked it. Ironic to think of Maglor
as being the one who was willing to take up the sword first, most fanfic
makes him the more reluctant brother.

It's funny, and maybe it's mentioned in one of the books, but Maglor is
usually the least evil of the Feanorians, at least in my view. Maybe that's
not canon, but is certainly seems to fit. I liked the story, could just see
a little boy trying to carry that sword. The weird formatting provided a bit
of a distraction, but not enough to make me quit reading. Well done.

stories and I love every single one of your OCs, I can't imagine having the
will power to do that to two of them!! And it was uplifing in that although

intended to go on, to make the world safe again.

*smart aleck grin* I don't suppose you'll head back to Thranduil's realm
*after* the ring war, will you? Let us know what happens to everyone there
during the fighting? Which ones of them sail? And of course, who goes to

Daw, another great story. It's nice to watch the way Legolas and his friends
and family grow and develop. I think Eilian is my favorite or your OCs,
although Maltanaur and Beliond are close seconds. Those two possibly have
the hardest jobs in the whole kingdom, I think. Although I wouldn't really
want to be in any of the king's sons' shoes either.

And Solith, though I can sort of see where he's coming from,he would drive
me totally nuts. Ideals are fine to live by, but some of those settlers seem
to live there all the time, instead of coming down to earth/reality
sometimes.
