I am having a bad day, but if I read the original suggestion aright, it was
that these were "courtesy votes" and wouldn't be counted. Simply providing the
author with the reviews and an attempt to show good-faith effort to post them.
Then again, I might have read the original wrong. It has not been a good day
for doing brain-work.

suggestions, but was afraid of the potential for confusion, and the
amount of backtracking and research in who posted what where, and the
potential for conflict - which is a good thing in a fic, - bad thing
in real life . ...
