I just said this in a reply to Branwyn but don't want people to miss it, so
I'm going to repeat it here.

In previous years, stories had to be published before the start of
nomination season. If nominations started on April 1, the stories had to be
published by March 31 to be eligible.

This year we're changing that a bit. Stories just have to be published by
the time they're nominated. That means that a story could be published
during nomination season if someone nominates it after it's posted. Just
make sure that when you nominate a story, the URL you give really does point
to the story, that the archive doesn't require you to log in to read the
story, etc.

Hi Bonnie,

Did you mean that you�ll pass on this announcement, or that you�re
interested in making announcments throughout the year? If you want to do
more than just one I will email you something when I have an announcement
and you would forward the email to that group.
