Please look over them. If any are missing, you will need to nominate

Hey all,
I figured out how to do a daily backup of the site. I'm sorry it took
me so long, and wish I had done so before.
It will happen every day at midnight CDT (actually 11:00 Mountain Time).

Shall I send this as an announcement to my group? So far you had always put
Announcement into the header. This reads like an announcement, but I'm not
sure.
I tried to check the site, but it seems it is down at the moment.

Hi Chris,
I didn't intend this to be send out as a general announcement to anything
beside this list and the LJ - mainly because all the nominators should be
receiving these emails, and I didn't want to spam those other places. But
I'm not against you distributing it.
Promoters know their communities best. I try not to send out announcements
for other groups more than once a week or so because if a group doesn't have
a lot of posting, any more than that could seem like too much. But if think
this would be useful there, feel free to share it. If there's something I
*need* you to distribute I'll send it as a private email with "Announcement:
" in the subject. Other than that, if you see anything that you'd like to
make an announcement about (like this email), you can always pass those
along, too.
