Hello all,

I have read some recent posts (here and/or on the staff list)
expressing confusion about when the reviews become visible.

The reviews up to Friday 24:00 GMT are visible during the next week.
(24:00 is at the end of the day, while 00:00 is at the beginning.)

I had messed up the code a bit. They were supposed to become visible
immediately at Friday 24:00, but I wasn't showing them until Saturday
24:00. I've fixed that, and this Friday at 24:00 GMT, the reviews
posted since last Friday at 24:00 will come visible.

I have also applied the same code to the author reviews, which I had
forgotten to do. There is only one final author review so far, so don't
forget that aspect of the awards.

Remember that every page on the site has the server's GMT time (which
is the official MEFA time) at the very bottom of the page and that
midnight GMT occurs at 7pm CDT in the States.
