Hiya Nancy,
When you say they disappeared do you mean they are no longer displaying
on the website, or that you haven't heard from them in a while?
I know Meril and can give her a poke if you like. I don't know AprilKat
but will mention her on my hard-to-find list tomorrow.

Hi Marta and Nancy,
I sent AprilKat an e-mail just now. You can also try leaving people a
message at their LiveJournal (if they have one) if they've been hard
to reach - I think I included LJ contact info on the stories I
nominated.

Just to follow-up, I heard back from AprilKat. She's been extremely
busy, but said she was hoping to find the time to complete the forms
this weekend.

Hi Ruth,
Thanks for dropping AprilKat an email. And also, thanks for the
suggestion about LJs. I know I used them a lot when I was a liaison (I
have had to step back from that so I could focus on other things that
need doing), but different volunteers think first to try to contact
authors in different ways. I'll pass along the LJ suggestion in case she
hasn't already tried that.

I replied to that other email before I saw this one. Thanks for keeping
us up to date! I'll pass this along to her liaison. Have her get in
